We start with what you need to do this week
Your first session starts with what you need to do in the coming weeks: an online process, a document to send, the photos filling up a phone, or simply no longer being afraid of "getting it wrong". The content starts from there, and it sticks because you use it right away.
We work on your own equipment. If your device is very slow or poorly set up, we'll tell you: sometimes the problem is a full disk or unwanted software, not you.
You hold the mouse, even if it means starting again. On request, we leave you written steps so you can do it again on your own. At your home, at your association's premises, or remotely.
