We handle maintenance, backups, security and breakdowns for small businesses in Guadeloupe. A monthly contract, cancellable with one month's notice, and a single point of contact who knows your machines.
Self-employed people, tradespeople, restaurants, shops, associations, professionals. Too small for an IT department, too dependent on their computers to afford a breakdown.
A day's downtime costs more than the repair: till blocked, quotes impossible to produce, customers waiting. And most small businesses we meet believe they have a backup, without ever having tested it.
What you need is someone to call who already knows your equipment. Not a premium-rate number or an unanswered ticket.
The contracts
Three plans, prices shown
All include remote support and backup monitoring. No setup fee, no minimum term.
What the contract covers, and what it doesn't. We're a local workshop, not a managed IT provider with a night team: we don't guarantee 24-hour cover or a fixed recovery time, and no backup or antivirus protects against everything. What we commit to is regular follow-up, problems spotted before they break something, and a response during our opening hours. Price-list jobs (hardware replacement, reinstall, data recovery) are still billed separately, at the listed price. Travel and parts extra, given before the job.
No commitment
The free audit: 20 minutes to know where you stand
Before suggesting anything, we look at your setup. On site or remotely, about twenty minutes. You leave with a written assessment, even if you don't go any further.
We check your computers and their storage, your backups (and whether a file actually restores), updates and antivirus, Wi-Fi, the router and printers, your website if you have one, and the tasks that waste your time.

From audit to contract
We take a look. Twenty minutes, on site or remotely.
We tell you everything. A written assessment, with what's urgent and what can wait.
You decide. A plan, or nothing. If you sign up, getting started is included.
We follow your fleet and warn you before something breaks.
Questions from professionals
Do I have to commit to a minimum term?
No. The contract is monthly and can be cancelled with one month's notice, by a simple message. We'd rather be kept because the service is worth it.
What if a machine breaks down?
You write to us, we take remote control that same working day. Remote support is included. A visit or a part is always quoted to you before, never after.
Does the contract replace a backup?
No, and nobody can promise that. We set up the backup, check that it really runs and that a file can be restored, and warn you when it fails.
Mac and Linux too?
Yes, all three systems. A mixed fleet is no problem for us.
