Remote support →The three systems, every day
Many repairers only do Windows, send Macs elsewhere and refuse Linux. We work on all three every day. So we have no interest in pushing you towards one over another.
Windows
Won't start or stuck in a repair loop, blue screens, slowdowns after years of use, updates stuck, lost password, full transfer to a new PC.
macOS
We take on Macs that official support judges too old: SSD instead of the hard disk, system rebuilt from scratch, Time Machine that no longer backs up, full disk, a recent version of macOS on a machine the official update refuses.
Linux
We install, set up and support it. We often suggest moving an old PC to Linux Mint: a ten-year-old machine, painful under Windows, becomes usable again for office work, the internet, e-mail and video. We transfer your files, set up the printer, and show you the basic moves before we leave.
Most of these jobs are done remotely. The computer just needs to start and have an internet connection.
